We formed in September 2008.Our name was Peferct Disaster and we started playing shows at Jazzbones for the All Ages Jam nights.After a while it became a tour for us.The band started out as Gabe M. on the Guitars
and Julian on the Drums.Then we decided it was time to bring in a singer.His name was De'Shaun and he screamed his head off in this band.We then recorded our first EP with him.It was called The Asylum.It had 6 tracks on it.But the problem was,2 songs were recorded with our singer and 4 songs were recorded with Gabe as the singer.This was because of his effort issue.So we kicked him out of the band.
While recording and kicking our singer out of the band,we managed to do a 12 day tour,with just Gabe and Julian ripping it up.The first 11 days were at the All Ages Jams at Jazzbones.We always played last,so we were the headlining act we guessed.Then on the last show we didn't headline but we opened for one of our favorite bands,Gladiators Eat Fire.But in the middle of the tour,we changed our name to what it is now.MDH.
MRDEATHHOAX.
After the "tour" was over,we started recording again.
Except with a new member.A Bassist.Yes,the mighty Gabe Li joined the band in June 2009.We recorded a demo with him to see how we sounded with him.We liked it so much that we redid it and it came out great!
We then decided to record our 2nd EP.We have 7 songs confirmed.We are still working on our EP.We will post our songs on Myspace and our offical website.For our EP we asked to play at the Ska House again.They said yes and now we're playing on the 3 day long Ska House Festival.It's a goodbye-bash to the Ska House,since it is unfornately moving.Our EP should be done by that time and if it is,we will have 7 copies of our new EP there for people to get for free from that show.But there are hundreds of copies in stock if you want to buy one from our Online Store.We're still working on that site through.Info coming soon...
